Refund and Return Window:

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or return 

for eligible items. After the initial 7- day period, we are unable to process

any refunds or returns. Must bring receipt as proof of purchase.

 

Estate Jewelry:

Estate jewelry items are sold "as is", Please carefully review the product

before making a purchase.

 

Custom Projects: No refunds or returns

 

Stained Glass Class Cancellation:

Full refund if cancelled a minimum of 24hrs prior to the class. Within 24hr

 cancellations will incur a deduction of $25 from the total refund

Amount. In the case of a no-show without prior notification,

no refund will be issued.

Private Party Cancellations

Full refund if cancelled a minimum of 1 week prior to the event.

Cancellations within 1- week, no refund will be issued.

Broken Items During Shipping

Items damaged upon arrival: Hopefully this never happens but if your order shows evidence of damage, take a photo of the damaged box and items. Any claims against packages or merchandise MUST be made within 72 hours of customer's receiving their order.

Please do not discard any packing or boxing materials, We will submit a claim to USPS and they will have you send them the items with all packaging material.

Items returned for reasons other than defects or our error; all associated shipping frees will be the responsibility of the buyer, and we require that the merchandise be shipped back in the same condition of care that it was mailed to you. The purchase price of the merchandise minus a 10% restocking fee will be refunded in the manner it was originally given.​
